Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By purchasing or using any CloudHavenX service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

CloudHavenX provides Docker-containerised game server hosting. Servers are provisioned automatically after successful payment. Uptime targets 99.9% but is not guaranteed.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use our servers to:

• Host content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or port scanning.
• Abuse shared resources beyond your allocated plan limits.
• Resell server resources without prior written permission.

4. Billing & Refunds

Plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed by PayPal. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 48 hours of purchase; contact support. Chargebacks may result in account termination.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of these terms without refund. You may cancel at any time from your panel.

6. Limitation of Liability

CloudHavenX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid in the prior 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
